1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on most items within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items that are final sale, discounted, or clearance cannot be returned, unless they are defective or damaged.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email Us: Send a return request to admin@hilika.xyz with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions on how to proceed with the return.
  3. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

3. Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions outlined in our return policy.
  • Refund Method: If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for another, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at admin@hilika.xyz with details and photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and return shipping costs will be covered by us.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Items marked as “non-returnable” in the product description
